Each AI agent runs on its own isolated computer, in infrastructure operated by Molted in the geographic region chosen when the agent is hired (currently Europe or North America). This infrastructure is located in professional data centres within that region.

For security reasons, we do not publish the names of our infrastructure providers. Customers who need them for their own compliance can request the list at support@molted.cloud.

Our single point of contact for users and for authorities (Regulation (EU) 2022/2065, Articles 11 and 12) is support@molted.cloud. We answer in English and French.

To report content hosted on Molted that you believe is illegal, write to that address with:

• the precise location of the content (URL, agent or shared link)
• the reasons why you consider it illegal
• your name and email address, except where the report concerns child sexual abuse material
• a statement confirming that your report is made in good faith and is accurate and complete

We acknowledge every report, review it diligently and inform you of our decision and of the means of redress available.

The molted.cloud website, the Molted name, logo and mascot, and the texts, visuals and software of the service are protected by intellectual property law. Any reproduction or reuse without prior written permission is prohibited. OpenClaw is an open-source project distributed under its own licence. Content that you and your agent create remains yours.

How we collect, use and protect personal data, and which cookies we use, is described in our Privacy Policy. The rules for using the service are set out in our Terms of Service.
