MOLTED FOUNDING OPERATORS · COHORT 01
We're not looking for sponsors. We're looking for ten allies.
molted.cloud reopens on one wedge: autonomous agents should be obvious enough that a normal person actually keeps one. We're handing ten seats to the people already closest to that problem, to build it with us before we open wide.
10 seats · by invitation · no paid promo · you talk to a founder
- a paid sponsorship
- an affiliate link to drop in your bio
- a free trial with a nicer name
- one workflow of yours, turned into a working agent
- built with the three of us, in the open
- your name on it, if it earns it
ten seats · we'd rather leave one empty than fill it badly
You bring one workflow that annoys you every week. We build the agent that does it, with you. And if it works, you tell your people because it's yours, not because we paid you.
Who we're looking for.
Not reach. Proximity. Ten people with a real relationship to this market, an audience or a client list that trusts them, and a frustration we can actually fix.
AI automation creators
You post real builds on YouTube, X or LinkedIn. Your audience trusts you because you show the thing working, not because someone paid for the slot.
a small, sharp audience beats a big, cold one
Automation freelancers
Malt, Upwork, or your own client list. You sell “an assistant that does X”, then spend your weekends keeping X alive.
you want to sell the outcome, not the ops
AI agency founders
You ship chatbots and workflows today. Your clients keep asking for the thing that actually does the work while nobody is watching.
your pipeline is ahead of your runtime
Community owners
A Discord, a Slack, a newsletter around AI and agents. You already know, in their words, what your people are stuck on.
you hear the objection before we do
Agent builders
OpenClaw, Hermes, your own runtime. You've hit the wall already: flawless on your machine, dead by Tuesday in production.
you've paid for this lesson once
Not on this list?
The list is a guess, not a filter. If you have a workflow that hurts and people who listen to you, write anyway.
write to a founder →THE MISSION · WHY WE'RE ASKING
We're trying to make autonomous agents obvious. That part can't be done from a terminal.
ChatGPT became obvious in about a year, and not because the technology was simple. It became obvious because within weeks everybody had seen a hundred examples of what to type into it. The capability arrived, and the imagination arrived with it.
Autonomous agents are stuck at the first half. The capability is real, and the prize is bigger: an assistant answers when you ask, an agent works without you. But hand one to a normal person and the questions are never technical. Where do I start? What do I give it to do? What is this thing actually capable of? Nobody has shown them.
WALL ONE · NOBODY SEES IT
It doesn't survive the night.
It dies at 2am with nobody watching. It costs more to run than the work it produces. Its state drifts for a week until it's quietly useless. We ran agents in production at a scale almost nobody has, so we met all three, and we watched this wall end most of the companies who tried it before us.
CLEARED · that was our last four months
WALL TWO · EVERYBODY FEELS IT
Nobody knows what to hand it.
So the most capable thing most people will ever have access to sits there being used as a slightly better chatbot, asked for summaries and email drafts, while it could have run the whole errand end to end.
STILL STANDING · this is where you come in
The second wall isn't an engineering problem, and no amount of code we write will bring it down. It comes down when enough people watch somebody they trust hand a real job to an agent and get it back finished. Coming from us, that's an ad, and nobody has believed an ad in twenty years. Coming from you, it's evidence.
So here's the honest version, since we're the ones asking: this isn't generosity, we need you. Not for reach, for proof. Ten people showing what an agent genuinely does with a working day would move this category further than anything we could ship this quarter. That is the whole reason this circle exists, and it's the only thing we will ever ask of it.
The deal, both ways.
Written out in full, because a partnership nobody can summarise is a partnership nobody honours.
WHAT YOU GET
Founding Operator status
Publicly, permanently. You were here before it was obvious, and the site says so.
A direct line
The three founders, in one thread. No ticket, no CSM, no queue.
Your agent, co-built
We sit down and ship your workflow with you. Chat, email, its own phone line, a real browser, 1,000+ tools.
Revenue share
On every customer you send, recurring, for as long as they stay. Same terms for everyone in the circle.
Weight on the roadmap
You say a thing is wrong, it changes. That's the actual reason we're doing this.
Early everything
Features before they ship, pricing locked at the founding rate, and the last word before we open wide.
WHAT WE ASK
One real workflow
Not a demo idea. Something that costs you hours this week and that you'd hand to a person if you could afford one.
Brutal feedback
If it's bad, say bad. Politeness at this stage is the most expensive thing you could give us.
Permission to document
If it works, we write it up. You read every word before it goes out, and you can kill it.
One or two intros
People like you. That is the entire growth plan for the next ninety days.
no exclusivity · no minimum posts · no contract · leave whenever, keep the agent
From a first message to a working agent.
A call, not a demo
No deck, no screen share. One question: what would you delegate tomorrow if you were certain the agent stayed alive, connected and inspectable?
We co-build it
Your workflow, our runtime. We wire the tools, the channels and the guardrails with you on the call. You watch it get built.
It runs a real job
Within hours, on your actual work. You read the mission report and tell us everything that's wrong with it.
You pick your lane
Content, referral, community or reseller. Or none of them, and we still owe you one. Nothing here is a contract.
THE MECHANIC
You never have to sell us.Your own demo already does.
The day you show your agent doing something impressive, you are recording a screen. And that screen is a platform: yours happens to be molted. It's in the corner of the frame, in the URL, in the dashboard you're clicking through while you talk.
So the people watching don't need to be told. The ones who want what you just showed them will read the corner and come find us on their own, already convinced, because they didn't see an ad. They saw someone they trust doing real work.
That is the entire distribution plan, and it's the only one worth anything to us. One viewer who arrives from a recommendation you never made beats a thousand who saw a banner.
no banner · no promo code · no “sponsored by” · just the corner of your own screen
your work, your framing, your edit. we just happen to be the platform it runs on.
Four ways to be a partner. Pick one, or none.
You choose after the agent runs, never before. Nobody signs anything on the first call.
Content partner
You show your agent doing your real work.
We amplify it. You keep the footage and the credit.
Referral partner
You send clients and agencies our way.
Recurring cut on everything they pay, tracked, no cap.
Community partner
A live build or workshop inside your community.
We show up, we build in front of them, you own the recording.
Agency channel
You resell the agent under your own offer.
We stay invisible. Your client never has to hear our name.
The questions everyone asks first.
Is this a paid sponsorship?
No. No money moves toward you for posting, and we will not ask you to post. Revenue share only exists if you actually send customers, and it is the same deal for every seat in the circle.
Do I have to promote molted?
Not the way you're imagining. You show your agent doing your actual work, and the agent lives on molted: anyone curious enough finds that out on their own. That's the whole mechanic, and it's enough. No banner, no promo code, no “sponsored by”. Blatant advertising is the one thing we don't want from you: it buys us nothing and costs you the only thing you have, which is your audience believing you.
Do I need to be technical?
No. Roughly half the circle is for people who sell outcomes, not infrastructure. The whole bet of molted.cloud is that running an autonomous agent should feel as obvious as opening ChatGPT.
What does it cost me?
Nothing while the cohort runs. After that you stay on the founding rate for as long as you keep the seat.
My workflow is weird and has no API.
Good. That's the interesting half. Your agent gets a real browser and uses it like a person would: login walls, portals, captchas, back-offices nobody ever built an API for.
How many seats are left?
Cohort 01 is ten, and we'd rather leave a seat empty than fill it badly. When it's full, the next one opens once the first has actually shipped something.
Who am I talking to?
One of the three founders. There is no sales team to hand you off to, and there won't be one this year.

Tell us the workflow you'd hand over first.
Three lines is enough: who you are, what annoys you every week, and who you'd bring it to if it worked. A founder answers.
