sintra ai review: twelve helpers, or one employee?
Sintra sells a team of twelve AI helpers for small businesses: a copywriter, a social media manager, an SEO specialist, a support agent and eight more, sharing one Brain AI that stores your brand and documents. For marketing content it is quick to start. But the helpers act when you ask them in chat or when you schedule them, every plan includes 250 credits a month, and when the credits run out the helpers stop working.
Molted is the better choice when you need the work done, not drafted. You hire one autonomous employee with its own isolated computer, a real browser that logs into your tools, its own email and phone line, and routines that run on their own. One flat price, no credits, and the model runs on the ChatGPT or Claude subscription you already pay for.
The verdict
Sintra gives you twelve assistants who wait for a prompt and a credit balance. Molted gives you one employee who owns the job. If the work has to happen without you, hire the one that does not stop at zero.
Sintra AI pricing in 2026.
Sintra now sells one plan, Sintra X, with every helper included. The price depends on how long you commit; the credit allowance does not.

Refunds are available for the first 14 days through support; cancelling alone does not trigger one. Credit top-ups are non-refundable.
molted
$14/mo, flat
One AI employee with its own computer, email and phone line. No credits: the model runs on the ChatGPT, Claude or OpenRouter plan you already pay for.
Sintra's single-helper plans are no longer sold, according to its help center, even though older offers still circulate. Prices are those shown on sintra.ai/pricing on October 6, 2026.
The 30-second comparison.
What you actually buy from Molted and Sintra, line by line.
The differences that matter.
Not a feature dump. These are the structural choices you will still feel six months from now.
Sintra drafts. Molted does.
Sintra's own help center rates chat as non-autonomous and its helpers as semi-autonomous: they write the post, the email or the script, then wait. Molted takes the outcome, works across your tools on its own computer and comes back with the job finished.
A credit allowance is a ceiling on the work you can delegate.
Every Sintra plan includes 250 credits a month, and scheduled tasks can cost 20 or more each. The more useful the automation, the sooner the helpers stop. Molted charges a flat price and the model runs on your own subscription, so a busy month costs the same.
Twelve helpers are still twelve things to brief.
Each helper covers one role and you switch between them. Molted is one employee for every job: the same agent chases invoices in the morning, clears your inbox at noon and files the Monday report, and remembers all of it.
Sintra stays in the chat window. Molted goes where the work is.
Sintra's helpers can browse and use connected apps, but no dedicated computer is documented and phone calls are out of scope. Molted logs into supplier portals and back offices with a real browser, answers and places calls on its own line, and keeps its files when you leave.
What Sintra does well, and where it stops.
Real strengths for marketing content. None of them turns a helper into someone who owns the job.
Ready-made roles, then you do the routing
Twelve named helpers make it obvious where to start. You still decide which one to ask, brief each of them and stitch their drafts together into the actual work.
Brain AI keeps your brand, inside Sintra
Documents, brand guidelines and websites are stored once and shared by every helper. That context lives in Sintra; it does not leave with you as files you can run elsewhere.
A low yearly price, with a monthly ceiling
At $15.60/mo billed yearly, Sintra is cheap to try for content. The 250-credit allowance is the same on every plan, so the price you lock in also locks in how much work you can delegate.
Fast content, not finished operations
Posts, emails, SEO drafts and images come out quickly. Publishing, following up, chasing a customer by phone or working inside a portal without an integration is still on you.
Which one should you choose?
Choose Sintra only if
- You mainly want marketing drafts: posts, emails and SEO copy
- You are happy to prompt each helper and review every output
- 250 credits a month covers everything you plan to delegate
Choose Molted if
- You want the job done end to end, not drafted for you
- The work touches portals or back offices without an integration
- The agent needs its own phone line, email and isolated computer
- You want a flat price that does not stop when credits run out
- You want to use your own ChatGPT or Claude subscription and keep your files
Straight answers.
How much does Sintra AI cost?
Sintra sells one plan, Sintra X. On October 6, 2026 it cost $48.50 for one month (listed at $97), $70.80 for three months or $187.20 for twelve months, which is $15.60 a month. Every option includes all 12 helpers and 250 credits a month.
What happens when Sintra credits run out?
Sintra's help center says that when your credits reach zero, the AI employees stop working until the next cycle or a top-up. Monthly credits do not roll over and top-ups are non-refundable.
Is Sintra AI worth it?
For quick marketing drafts across several roles, it can be. For work that has to happen on its own, such as chasing invoices, working in a supplier portal or handling calls, the helpers' limited autonomy and the 250-credit ceiling get in the way. That is the job Molted is built for.
Is Sintra AI legit? What does Trustpilot say?
Sintra is a real company, founded in 2023 in Vilnius and backed by a seed round led by Earlybird. On Trustpilot, its rating is currently unavailable: the platform says the company has been offering incentives for reviews, a breach of its guidelines.
Can Sintra helpers make phone calls or use websites for you?
Sintra's help center says its scheduling features do not cover phone calls, and its sales helper writes call scripts rather than calling. Helpers can search and browse the web, but no dedicated computer for logging into your tools is documented. Molted has its own phone line and a real browser that handles logins.
Can I choose the AI model in Sintra?
No model picker or bring-your-own key is documented; Sintra's pricing page says the product is based on Claude 4.5 Sonnet. With Molted, you connect your own ChatGPT or Claude subscription, or an OpenRouter key.
What is the best Sintra AI alternative?
Molted, if you want an employee rather than a set of helpers: one autonomous agent with its own computer, browser, email and phone line, from $14/mo with no credits. If you only need marketing drafts, a writing assistant is enough.
