The morning

The shortlist reached the plant manager Wednesday morning, a day early, which had never once happened before.
Months later
Three missions run every night now: sourcing with reasons, honest screening, and the three way scheduling dance that used to eat his evenings. Nobody goes quiet over a weekend anymore; the runner up from March got a warm update at 2am and took the next req in May. Femi had budgeted $52K for a junior sourcer. He waited, then opened a second desk in Dayton instead and moved up a plan for a second agent. Placements are up, and his Friday nights belong to his family.
